If you look up “Sweetheart” in the dictionary, you’ll find a picture of Katie.* Her life-giving laughter, her warm and welcoming smile, and her massive heart (thankfully not in the medical sense) are just a few of the things that make her an absolute joy to work with.
Professionally, Katie is the glue that holds Northstar Collaborative together. Her experience managing national ad campaigns, her impeccable attention to detail, and her ability to build out incredible systems makes her a force of nature in the world of business operations.
